Who do I work with?
My work involves interacting with a diverse range of individuals, including children from the age of 12 years old, young people, adults and therapists.
As an ADHD therapist and supervisor I wanted to make my practice inclusive to all so whether you are neurodivergent or neurotypical I believe the integrative approach can work for you.
Being an integrative counsellor and supervisor enables me to bring creativity into sessions by utilising a variety of techniques from different modalities like TA and solution-focused therapy. This approach ensures that therapy is tailored to meet each persons individual needs, moving away from a one size-fits-all approach.
People seek therapy for various reasons, such as dealing with childhood trauma, managing their ADHD traits, coping with bereavement, regulating their emotions and addressing relationship challenges, among others.
My prior experience volunteering as a mentor and working in a role focused on domestic abuse among young individuals has provided me with invaluable experience and knowledge.
